Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Sales Strategy And Operations Analyst to support our Emea ISV Sales Strategy and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, developing process improvements, and owning resolution for operational requests raised by Emea's sales teams.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey. The successful candidate will also support the Emea ISV Sales Strategy and operations team and Emea ISV Leadership with high-quality dive-deep analysis, working across large data-sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support in the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
- Support the Emea ISV Sales Strategy and operations team and Emea ISV Leadership with high-quality dive-deep analysis, working across large data-sets.
- Partner closely with Emea ISV Sales leadership and Emea Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
- Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
- Support sales planning execution for Emea ISV team, coordinating activities and defining best practices.
- Develop, maintain and execute key executive reporting consumed by the Emea ISV leadership.
- Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS Emea ISV and potentially the wider organization.

Requirements

- Advanced SQL user experience
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
- Experience using Salesforce/Tableau (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience in building reports on Quicksight.
