About the Role

As EMEA Sales Operations and Strategy Lead for ISV, you will support Sales managers as well as Sales Strategy & Ops leaders on running sales processes aligned to day-to-day execution of the business as well as driving implementation of new tools and processes to continuously drive productivity improvement in our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey.
  • Partner closely with EMEA ISV Sales leadership and EMEA Sales Operations teams to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, then put a framework in place to report, analyze and measure progress against them.
  • Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape across services and identify customer trends.
  • Support strategic initiatives from the analytical standpoint.
  • Develop, Maintain and Execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership.
  • Develop processes and scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA ISV and potentially the wider organization.
  • Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed the Sales Operations team expectations.
