Senior Sales Strategy and Operations Specialist

As a key member of our EMEA ISV Sales Strategy and Operations team at Aws Emea Sarl (Spain Branch), you will play a vital role in supporting sales managers and leaders in executing sales processes aligned with day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategies and implementation processes to aid customers on their cloud adoption journey, collaborating closely with sales leadership and operations teams.
- Conduct high-quality dive deep analysis across large datasets to support EMEA ISV Sales Strategy and Operations and leadership teams.
- Partner with sales leadership and operations teams to establish ambitious yet achievable goals for the sales organization, creating frameworks for reporting, analyzing, and measuring progress.
Furthermore, you will analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape and customer trends, supporting sales planning execution for the EMEA ISV team by coordinating activities and defining best practices. Additionally, you will develop, maintain, and execute key executive reporting consumed by EMEA ISV leadership.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need advanced SQL skills, experience working with Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data, and proficiency in developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. Experience using Salesforce/Tableau or other CRM tools/BI tools is also essential. Furthermore, you should have experience building reports on Quicksight and be skilled in data analysis and problem-solving.
Estimated Salary RangeThis position comes with an estimated salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. The salary may vary based on individual performance and company requirements.
