Sales Operations Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the Revenue team in driving efficient execution of commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with sales data, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of commercial strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and other sales platforms.
  • Monitor sales team performance and propose improvements based on data analysis.
  • Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing sales team efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a Sales Operations department.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with SQL.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
