Sales Operations Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the Revenue team in driving efficient execution of commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience working with sales data, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of commercial strategies.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems and other sales platforms.
- Monitor sales team performance and propose improvements based on data analysis.
- Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing sales team efficiency.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a Sales Operations department.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Excellent skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with SQL.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
