We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Your Role
As a Strategic Sales Operations Specialist, you will assist the GTM leadership in designing innovative go-to-market solutions and supporting our business growth strategy. You will identify key opportunities for business improvement through analytics, quantitative insights, and good business sense. Your responsibilities will include preparing analysis and presentations to drive management decision-making, evaluating market opportunities, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, and regular review of key performance metrics.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Internship experience in Sales Operations, SaaS business, Consulting, or Investment Banking (2+ previous internships are a bonus)
- Strong background in Microsoft XLS and PPT
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English (German is a plus, but not a must)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
