Are you a results-driven professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the IT industry? Amazon Web Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Operations Lead to join our APJ Partner Management Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, programs operations, or a related field, with experience in defining, refining, and implementing sales operational processes, procedures, and policies.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and guidance to shape the overall business strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities include establishing a robust rhythm of business reviews to align on strategic priorities and performance, coordinating annual operational planning processes, owning the goal planning and tracking mechanisms, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and providing actionable insights and analytics beyond just goal metrics.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are open to candidates from any APJ-based location, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in sales support, programs operations, or a related field.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and data visualization platforms is highly desirable.
