We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Operations Lead to join our APJ Partner Management Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the AWS Partner organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a robust rhythm of business reviews to align on strategic priorities and performance
- Coordinate annual operational planning processes
- Own the goal planning and tracking mechanisms
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Provide actionable insights and analytics beyond just goal metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Programs Ops or similar role in a corporate environment supporting a global hi-tech or global system integrator organization
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales operational processes, procedures and policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and data visualization platforms
- Financial, analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Understanding of cloud economics and/or experience working with cloud services
- Directly supported or had ownership of a program or line of business
- Experience developing insights across various areas of customer-related data
