Strategic Business Development Lead

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to propel the company forward and drive business transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management, including a background in a top consulting company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to propel the company forward and drive business transformation.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure our business objectives seamlessly align with our overarching corporate strategy.
- Conducting rigorous market research and competitive analysis, providing concrete insights to identify growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be a self-driven, energetic, and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to lead and influence teams.
They will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record with substantial experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management, including a background in a top consulting company.
- 3–5 years of previous experience in consulting, strategy or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into concrete, actionable insights.
