As a key member of our ambitious team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our business. We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Strategy and Business Development Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to propel the company forward and drive business transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure business objectives align with our corporate strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Business Analysis Expertise:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to extract actionable insights for enhancing business performance.
  • Evaluate proposed strategies for feasibility, considering internal capabilities and external market dynamics.

Business Development (Partnerships):

  • Conduct due diligence and business rationale for potential acquisitions.
  • Establish partnerships with key players in the legal industry.
  • Assess risks and opportunities associated with new ventures.

Collaborative Execution:

  • Work with departmental teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely.

Performance Metrics Mastery:

  • Establish clear and measurable KPIs to track strategic initiative success.
  • Regularly monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as needed.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business development.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
