Strategy and Business Development Lead

As a key member of our ambitious team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our business. We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Strategy and Business Development Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure business objectives align with our corporate strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Business Analysis Expertise:
- Analyze financial and operational data to extract actionable insights for enhancing business performance.
- Evaluate proposed strategies for feasibility, considering internal capabilities and external market dynamics.
Business Development (Partnerships):
- Conduct due diligence and business rationale for potential acquisitions.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the legal industry.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new ventures.
Collaborative Execution:
- Work with departmental teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely.
Performance Metrics Mastery:
- Establish clear and measurable KPIs to track strategic initiative success.
- Regularly monitor and report on progress, making adjustments as needed.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
- 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
