Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategy

As a Senior Manager, Business Development and Strategy, you will support the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system. You will work closely with the ISA Finance Senior Director to set up and implement key strategic initiatives defined for the ISA Finance function, alongside the broader regional and global finance community.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development.
- Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required.
- Support in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business.
- Provide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
- Support and follow up of business-related special projects led at ISA level. Drive content generation and implementation of key initiatives, monitoring status and re-steering course if required.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms. You should have excellent English and Spanish skills (verbal and written communication) and Portuguese is desirable.
You should be action-oriented and pragmatic, with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy. You should also have powerful critical thinking skills, using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and provide objective financial analysis and effective decision making under pressure.
Additionally, you should have robust project/program management skills, creating focus, moving roadblocks, tackling difficult problems, and able to multitask. You should also be able to work collaboratively across groups, establishing strong collaborative relationships, demonstrating ability to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable using a range of digital collaboration tools and able to deliver value-added solutions with good judgement about which suggestions will work.
