About the Role

As a Sales Team Leader - International Markets at Cosentino, you will be responsible for supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups, providing internal consultation to analyze business performance, and implementing action plans to achieve operational excellence. You will also identify and implement best practices, train employees, analyze market trends, and implement strategy projects through the business units.

Key Responsibilities
1. Gain skills and knowledge needed to manage a sales team and be responsible for one of our Business Units.
2. Supporting our Business Units through temporary back-ups.
3. Providing internal consultation to the different Business Units in order to analyze business performance and implement and follow up the action plans, defined together with the General Manager, in order to reach operational and management excellence.
4. Identifying and implementing observed best practices in each Business Unit.
5. Training new and existing employees in the Business Units about different aspects of their roles.
6. Analyzing the market (competition, trends, etc.).
7. Implementing Strategy Projects through the business Units.
8. Implementation of the Cosentino Business Model.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree related to Business or Construction topics are preferred.
2. Languages: Fluent in English, second language is a plus.
3. Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.
4. Others: Knowledge about our business. High level of English is a must, French desired. Other languages are a plus. Driving license. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently. Problem-solving skills. Team Working, proactivity, reliability.
