**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and development in our continuously growing Amazon Business Marketplace, Amazon Japan Seller Service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a better business customer experience and contribute to making new sellers grow through providing new selection and more reasonable prices, by recruiting new sellers and supporting their ramp-up quickly.
  • Be a key player in building a new sales strategy to approach potential sellers which are difficult to reach through general sales methods.
  • Partner with various stakeholders both internal and external to lead these initiatives.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • English Proficiency | Business Level
  • Experience building and executing GTM strategy.

**Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
