We seek a highly motivated and analytically oriented individual to join our team as Market Strategy Manager.

About the Role:
We need someone with strong interpersonal skills to build an onboarding strategy for the Business Development team and work on strategic projects to boost performance worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, organizational skills, and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance company performance, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives
- Design and execute a structured onboarding program for Business Development team members
- Partner with Business Development leadership to identify key learning goals and performance metrics
- Drive end-to-end execution of impactful projects contributing to the company's success

About You:
You should be degree-qualified with strong data analysis and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, pride yourself on your analytical mindset, and have experience in operations or training development. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment is also necessary. Strong project management and organizational skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

Benefits & Perks:
Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 - $180,000 annually depending on location, along with potential bonuses for top performance.
