The successful National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's global objectives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
About the Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and relationships to secure new clients.
- Built strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to management on sales performance, including revenue growth, pipeline development, and key metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
About You
- 4-10 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 per year.
