We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Development Manager to join our team at Altios. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional to lead our U.S. subsidiary's sales efforts, driving growth and revenue expansion in the metallurgy and aerospace sectors.

As a key member of our international client's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and performance of the U.S. subsidiary, while identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or related fields, with 4-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the U.S. market, aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new market opportunities and partnerships, leveraging industry connections and networks.
  • Prospect potential clients based on the sales strategy developed in collaboration with the President.
  • Analyze market trends and propose strategic adaptations to maximize sales performance.
  • Conduct active competitive intelligence to identify threats and opportunities in the U.S. market.
  • Manage and update client database, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Oversee project follow-up actions until the equipment is operational, managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Ensure client retention through effective communication and issue resolution.

What We Offer

At Altios, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off. The role involves up to 3-4 days of travel per week, with flexibility to work remotely from the Rust Belt Area (Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Indiana, Maryland, and Missouri).
