Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Petrol Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the franchised gas station channel, developing strategies to drive long-term sales, and working closely with the National Petrol KAM, Field & Trade Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans to grow the franchised gas station channel
  • Work with the distributor's sales forces to increase sales and market share
  • Collaborate with the National Petrol KAM, Field & Trade Marketing teams to develop strategies that focus on key long-term sales drivers
  • Manage the development plans of main franchisee groups
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or a related field
