Petrol Franchise Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Petrol Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the franchised gas station channel, developing strategies to drive long-term sales, and working closely with the National Petrol KAM, Field & Trade Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to grow the franchised gas station channel
- Work with the distributor's sales forces to increase sales and market share
- Collaborate with the National Petrol KAM, Field & Trade Marketing teams to develop strategies that focus on key long-term sales drivers
- Manage the development plans of main franchisee groups
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
