Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing client relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate contracts.
- Client management: Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven sales and business development experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the business travel market and industry trends.
