We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team at Link as a Senior Business Development Manager.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term relationships with our customers and overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients. Your primary objective will be to develop new business opportunities and exceed your sales and profit budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the promotional goods industry and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will be required to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure your individual Sales and Profit Budget is exceeded by developing and implementing effective sales action plans.
  • Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide professional presentations to customers and ensure customer service is a priority.
  • Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within standard guidelines.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as:
