Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Business Development Manager to drive our international expansion to Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and growing revenue-generating partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and/or payments partner management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, as well as excellent commercial acumen, self-motivation, and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
As a Business Development Manager at Dojo, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and development. You will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with new channel and software partners in Spain, managing the onboarding, sales, contract, and development process for new tech/channel partners, and creating rapport with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of your assigned partners.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
