Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Goodyear, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence and achieving shared business goals with our Consumer Sell-Through Channel Partners across Spain. Your primary objective will be to develop strategies that increase units sold and net sales across small, medium, and large categories, while enhancing Goodyear's share of business and customer potential through strategic account management and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of customers' businesses, strategies, and objectives to align with company goals.
- Lead the creation and management of joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
- Craft compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging brand and tools for mutual growth.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to leverage diverse expertise and insights, creating a collaborative partnership environment.
- E nsure timely execution of partnership plans, adapt to changes, and continuously seek improvement to achieve partnership goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in sales with minimum 4 years in Key Account Management, with expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong channel partner relationship building.
- Collaborative teamwork and effective communication.
- In-depth product/category/market/competition knowledge.
- Cross-functional leadership and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
