Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to lead our strategic projects at Innovamat. Based in Sant Cugat del Vallés, this role will require frequent travel to the US.
Job DescriptionThis is a high-visibility role that requires someone with exceptional communication skills, both in Spanish and English, who can work closely with our Executive Team and other business units to drive growth and innovation. You will be responsible for cross-functional projects, bringing new business units from 0 to 1, hiring key talent, analyzing investment opportunities (M&A), and assembling dashboards for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Strategic Projects: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and acquisitions.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and hire top talent to support business growth.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
