About This Role

This Senior Vendor Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth for Amazon's Retail business in Europe (EU) through cultivating vendor partnerships and onboarding the most desired brands by EU customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with new fashion vendors to create the best possible selection for Amazon customers.
  • Analyze potential vendors, identify opportunities, and negotiate annual terms for sustainable growth.
  • Lead the recruitment cycle of new vendors, training them on Amazon's internal tools and processes.
  • Conduct performance analyses and provide insights to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
