Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Amazon Business EU

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Business EU team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with external organizations, including eProcurement system providers, invoicing solutions, and consulting firms. You will work closely with our internal teams to drive rapid progress and execute against these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners and drive rapid progress from the team in executing against these opportunities.
  • Work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs in different EU regions.
  • Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
  • Set and manage partner revenue targets and work with Amazon Business sales organizations in EU to achieve/exceed goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities associated with assigned partner programs and solutions.

Requirements:

  • University degree from a reputable institution; technical, business, or marketing degrees preferred.
  • Fluent command of English both written and verbally.
  • 3+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
  • Experience in commercial negotiations.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Track record of successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
