About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Business EU team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners, defining business cases and driving rapid progress to execute against these opportunities.
  • Work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and go-to-market (GTM) programs across different EU regions.
  • Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree from a reputable institution; technical, business, or marketing degrees preferred.
  • Fluent command of English both written and verbally.
  • 3+ years of experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
Preferred Qualifications

Apart from the requirements above, it would be beneficial if you have:

  • MBA from a top-tier school.
  • Fluency in a second language (German, French, Spanish, and Italian).
  • B2B business development experience, especially partner-based lead generation and customer acquisition in a SaaS company.
Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of €80,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
