Job Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber business development executive with a talent for stakeholder management to join our Amazon Business Partnerships team in the EU. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon to find opportunities to grow Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and drive rapid progress from the team in executing against these opportunities.
• Work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) programs in different EU regions.
• Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
• Set and manage partner revenue targets and work with Amazon Business sales organizations in EU to achieve/exceed goals.

Requirements
This role requires a results-focused business development executive with experience in stakeholder management, partnership development, and revenue growth. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
