Role Overview

This is a dynamic and challenging role for a seasoned Retail Business Manager to drive scaled growth for Amazon's Fashion business in Europe. You will cultivate vendor partnerships and onboard brands that are most desired by EU customers.

About the Job

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors, developing strategies to increase sales, and implementing plans to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in helping Amazon become the go-to platform for European fashion enthusiasts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Onboard and scale customer-relevant fashion brands across the EU
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate annual terms with vendors to ensure long-term sustainable growth
  • Lead first steps in launching new EU fashion vendors on Amazon
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in retailer business management or consulting with a proven track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Ability to work with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels, including C-suite
  • Experience with large data sets and insight generation using Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools
