Job Description
As a Retail Account Lead, you will collaborate with our partners to define opportunities and develop growth plans, delivering a great customer experience and expanding adoption of the Apple ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on growing the business with partners who resell Apple products, driving towards a sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD DEEP RELATIONSHIPS: Foster strong relationships with our retail partners to understand their strategies and goals.
  • NEGOTIATE PROGRAMS: Develop and negotiate programs that align with our retail partners' objectives and expand Apple's footprint.
  • DEVELOP CAPABILITIES: Build capabilities to deliver a great physical and digital end-customer experience, resulting in benefits for both Apple and our retail partners.
  • MONITOR KPIs: Track key performance indicators to support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans.

Requirements

  • FINANCIAL ACUMEN: Understand how business financials work and develop strategies for sustaining profitable growth.
  • MARKET ANALYSIS: Analyze market trends and think beyond the short-term to drive growth.
  • CUSTOMER FOCUS: Deeply understand customer business needs, challenges, and concerns to exceed expectations.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Connect and influence the right people inside and outside of Apple to drive results.
  • LEADERSHIP: Demonstrate leadership skills to settle disputes, negotiate, and own hard calls with minimal noise.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
