We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join us on our journey towards growth and success for Leroy Merlin Spain. This dynamic and international context, ranked amongst Forbes best places to work, offers a unique opportunity to develop your professional career through tailor-made training programs, including a marketplace bootcamp and store discovery training. You will be part of a context that listens, where you can propose ideas and initiatives and play a leading role in the Groups digital and omnichannel transformation.

Your main responsibilities will include prospecting the market to identify, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline, leading negotiations, and recruiting high-potential sellers onto the marketplace. You will build strong relationships with new sellers, providing them with data-driven insights and a strong service to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze seller performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, profitability, and operations performance. Finally, you will coordinate and manage projects across the organization, communicating with internal and external parties while meeting tight deadlines for high-visibility projects.

**Job Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
* Proven track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and negotiating with clients
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
