About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Large Corp Regional Distribution Team, you will be responsible for selling Allianz Commercial products and services to new and existing corporate clients, ensuring sustainable profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster long-term sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and Allianz staff.
  • Lead and mobilize key account teams to ensure Allianz performance and deliver client and broker satisfaction.
  • Act as a navigator and door-opener for the team into the wider Allianz group organization, building collaborative relationships with sister companies.

What You'll Bring
  • Substantial experience in an Underwriting or Business Development role in industrial/specialty insurance business.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster long-term, profitable relationships at senior level with brokers and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with native-level Spanish and fluent business English.
