Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a decisive role in preserving our intellectual capital, assets, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Management Team and Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the ISA Finance Senior Director to set up and implement key strategic initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required to support business development and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence and analytics capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present timely and meaningful financial results and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support and follow up on business-related special projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting firms, preferably as a Project Leader or Engagement Manager.
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills, with Portuguese desirable.
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Robust project management skills, with ability to multitask and work collaboratively across groups.
  • Ability to think digitally and innovate delivery.
