Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in driving multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Strategy and Decision Support

  • Collaborate with the ISA Finance Senior Director, Management Team, and Business Development Team to define the commercial strategy and drive business development initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate information and analysis to support business decisions.

Business Intelligence and Analytics

  • Support the preparation of financial and business-related information and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and reports to support business stakeholders.

Reporting and Project Management

  • Develop and maintain timely and meaningful financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis reports for the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
  • Support and follow up on business-related special projects led at ISA level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms, preferably in a Project Leader/Engagement Manager role.
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Portuguese language skills are desirable.
