Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Spain, leading the relationship with customers, and managing operations to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster business growth in Spain by supporting the development of new business opportunities
  • Design and implement commercial plans to achieve expected results
  • Plan and execute activities and commercial actions to achieve objectives
  • Participate in follow-up and documentation activities after acquisition, providing support to other areas of the company

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 10 years of experience in business development and factoring
  • Experience in factoring or financial services public administration
  • Native Spanish language skills
  • Good level of English
  • Italian knowledge is an asset
