Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager and support the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required.
  • Support in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business.
  • Provide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
  • Support and follow up on business-related special projects led at ISA level.
Requirements:
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic.
  • Independent: at ease working with a high level of autonomy.
  • Powerful critical thinking: using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems, you can spot potential problems, provide objective financial analysis, and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Robust project/program management skills: creating focus, moving roadblocks, tackling difficult problems, able to multitask.
  • Working collaboratively across groups: establishing strong collaborative relationships, demonstrating ability to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network, using diplomacy and tact to gain cooperation and support from others.
  • Thinking digitally: picking up new technical skills and knowledge quickly, being comfortable using a range of digital collaboration tools.
  • Innovative delivery: able to deliver value-added solutions and with good judgment about which suggestions will work.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (i.e., Project Leader/Engagement Manager-like).
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Portuguese desirable.
