Job Summary
This position is responsible for working closely with our Account Management and New Business teams to identify opportunities and implement activities to drive sales growth, streamline operations, and create a highly profitable retail network in Africa.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will act as a Centre of Excellence and Point of Contact for Inside Sales across Africa, implementing tactical pricing strategies and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy
- Create, implement, and lead revenue growth action plans aligned to business objectives.
- Identify and assess market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Implement innovative approaches to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Pricing Expertise
- Analyse corridor risks and opportunities, taking corrective pricing actions.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage multiple stakeholders in different geographies, coordinating with sales, marketing, product, sales support, and other teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Relationship Building
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
You must have 5+ years of strong knowledge of the Money transfer industry, a Bachelor's degree in economics (preferred), and solid understanding of pricing dynamics, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Benefits
