We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities for the company and developing a full end-to-end sales process. This includes prospecting strategy, client presentations and meetings, commercial negotiations, and contractual finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities, and market shifts
  • Take responsibility for development of the full end-to-end sales process
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, including prospecting, leading meetings/negotiations and deal closing with all industries
  • Negotiating and closing deals, daily interaction with clients, winning deals and bringing new revenue to Wasserman

Requirements:
3+ years of fast-paced B2B sales experience in similar role
Ideally from an agency background and experienced with multiple clients
Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Spanish & English

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
