Job Title: Global Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team at BCD Travel. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability of client's business with our company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships at all levels within client organization
  • Ensure we are aware of client's strategic changes and recommend a strategy
  • Develop account plans through knowledge of client's business strategy and goals
  • Improve profitability through pricing adjustment, technology introduction, or upselling opportunities
  • Partner with team and other departments to meet customer requirements

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior travel management company or related business travel account experience desired
  • Ability to act as a business owner and own client portfolio growth/profitability
  • Thorough knowledge of travel industry technology and business knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • French language proficiency preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
