Global Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Manager to join our team at Kion Group Ag.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key position in our sales team, focusing on business development across various products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the industrial sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
You will be responsible for maximizing sales revenue from assigned clients across multiple product lines, including new and used machines, maintenance contracts, and short-term rentals. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to foster strong relationships with clients and acquire new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate and manage complex offers, orders, and contracts to ensure timely delivery and payment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Sciences or a related field, or at least 2 years of commercial experience in the industrial sector
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management
- Driver's license
