About the Role: We seek a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business development within the Public industry in Spain. This individual will take ownership of accounts, developing strategies to identify areas with growth potential and executing them to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about building authentic relationships with customers, solving their problems, and driving sales of world-class software products, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts within the Public industry, growing revenue and identifying opportunities for further development.
- Develop plans to generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with customers.
- Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers, collaborating with other departments to position and leverage sales opportunities.
- Direct complex sales opportunities, including implementation plans, coordination of internal and/or external services, and preparation of standard quotations and proposal information as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to both business owners and IT stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in account mapping and navigating complex ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics, develop a sales plan, communicate technical and business concepts, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as performance bonuses, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive health insurance package.
