**Our Team**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with suppliers and customers, driving sales growth plans, and executing go-to-market strategies across geographies.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and manage key supplier and customer relationships to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand business trends and forecast, consolidating input to management
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis, evaluating and developing market-specific sales strategies
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising
- Monitor deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs
- Ensure sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to analyze complex data, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is essential.

**What We Offer**
