About the Job

The Customer Success team seeks a Business Development Manager - Data Strategy to establish relationships with SAS customers, adopt and expand usage of our software and solutions, and identify new opportunities. As a key point of contact, you will develop strong customer advocates across the organization and become a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing strong customer relationships through regular communication and conflict resolution
• Jointly defining success with customers by understanding their business and IT problems to manage adoption and exceed expectations
• Collaborating with stakeholders to create comprehensive adoption plans using various content, events, and innovative approaches
• Building reports and analytics for data-driven decision making
• Leading or assisting with gathering requirements for new and ongoing projects and documenting customer success plans

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the technology industry, preferably with knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI. A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business subject is ideal, along with fluency in English and Spanish. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, travel to client meetings, and design tailored customer success plans is essential.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
