Business Operations Lead

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Key Account management team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you'll be responsible for optimizing revenue generation, streamlining sales processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Sales Process Improvement: Streamline and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Business Operations, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of revenue operations with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team.
- Proven experience in the same role or similar.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
- Experience in streamlining and standardizing sales processes to enhance efficiency.
- Skill in generating accurate sales forecasts and producing regular reports and dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams such as Business Operations, Finance, sales, and Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, set clear goals, and drive performance.
