The AWS Partner Sales Manager, APJ role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

This position blends high-level visioning and detailed execution to deliver customer success, accelerating the Partner business for AWS across Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ).

We are looking to hire exceptional candidates who will own the development and execution of partner sales for our key sales motions, building and driving APJ-wide sales plays working with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating sales programs and tactics, collaborative initiatives to meet a common business objective with a customer-obsessed approach, and a demonstrated ability to think long-term and analytically about business, product, and customer challenges.

Key responsibilities include project management, relationship management, strategic thinking, and strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging senior-level internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum requirements include 7+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, program management, or business consulting, a Bachelor's or higher degree, and a willingness to travel to meet with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
