Amazon Web Services is revolutionizing the Energy industry, and we're looking for a world-class Partner Sales Manager to lead and manage partnerships that support our Energy & Utilities business unit (IBU).

About the Role

As a Partner Sales Manager focused on AWS' Energy Accounts, you will drive sales execution with AWS GSI and ISV technology partners by teaming with AWS field leaders in the Energy & Utilities IBU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build executive and field relationships with partners, customers, and the AWS team to drive top-line revenue growth in the AWS Energy accounts group.
  • Work with GSI and ISV partners to source new engagements within global accounts and identify and engage partners focused on solution areas including Line of Business Applications, Big Data, IoT, Migration, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Energy & Utilities Industry Solutions.
  • Collaborate with AWS Partner Development Managers and broader APO Segment teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in sales and partner/business development in the Energy industry. You should have a strong track record of consistently exceeding quota and key performance metrics, with a proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives, both business and technical.

Prior experience working with Systems Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the region to drive strong customer outcomes and new sales growth is a plus.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can build and convey compelling value propositions, with a solid technical sales background that enables them to easily interact with technical leaders within and outside of AWS.
