About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Manager to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales execution with AWS Global Strategic ISV (GSI) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) technology partners in the Energy industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS solutions in the Energy sector. You will work closely with AWS field leaders, Partner Development Managers, and broader APO Segment teams to identify and engage partners focused on various solution areas, including Line of Business Applications, Big Data, IoT, Migration, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Energy & Utilities Industry Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales execution with AWS GSI and ISV technology partners in the Energy industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Work closely with AWS field leaders, Partner Development Managers, and broader APO Segment teams to identify and engage partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS solutions in the Energy sector.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in sales and partner/business development in the Energy industry.
  • Experience working with Global Accounts in the Energy Vertical.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across different sales, business development, and technical teams.
  • Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
