Role Purpose
LevelTen Energy's mission is to accelerate the energy transition by facilitating frictionless transactions. We deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, data, and transaction expertise required to accelerate carbon-free energy transactions.



Job Summary
LevelTen Energy is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to articulate the value of the LevelTen platform to an assigned territory of platform participants, such as renewable energy developers, Independent Power Producers, Utilities, and/or Sustainability Advisors, and Energy Buyers.



Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Subscription Sales with a goal of achieving an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of platform participants.
2. Lead full sales cycles from prospect to close of platform subscription sales, with a goal of achieving an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of energy marketplace participants.
3. Teaming with assigned Account Managers, negotiate commercial terms for subscription renewals.
4. Build brand visibility within the energy community by attending conferences, building a network of stakeholders in the industry, and being visible by speaking at conferences to attract new participants to the LevelTen network.
5. Become the expert in how to be indispensable to the assigned segment and represent your customers' needs to marketing, product, and executives, informing our go-to-market strategy.
6. Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team, especially Account Managers from the Developer Engagement team, to support the deal and customer success.
7. Provide up-to-date and accurate forecasts by actively updating customer and opportunity records in the company's CRM system.
8. Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, white papers, conferences, etc.



Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 3+ years of enterprise selling within energy-related industries.
2. 5+ years of full sales cycle experience with established sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Solutions Selling.
3. Experience selling to Directors, VP's, and C-Suite executives.
4. Professional fluency in English is required.
5. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, both in person and via Zoom.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. A can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and ability to see opportunity where others see a closed door.
8. Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment.
9. Discipline in regard to CRM use and detailed data entry.
10. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
