Job Title: Partner Sales Manager, APJ

About the Role:

The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. As a Partner Sales Manager, APJ, you will have a unique opportunity to operate at scale across all markets in Asia Pacific & Japan and make meaningful change to an industry ripe for transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive APJ-wide sales plays working with internal teams and partners.
  • Drive consistency in APJ-wide sales mechanisms.
  • Scale learnings from individual countries to the entire region.
  • Define and execute Partner-led sales motions to drive incremental revenue.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology sales, channel management, program management, or business consulting in a technology context.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree.
  • Proven track record of engaging senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
