Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our partner sales efforts in the EMEA region. As a Senior Partner Sales Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic partner sales plans, driving top-line revenue growth and end-customer adoption through partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Community Management

Develop a deep understanding of the partner community in Spain and Portugal, identifying key capabilities and solutions that will delight customers.

Customer and Sales Team Advisory

Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partner engagement, recommending qualified partners to support customer needs.

Revenue Growth and Expansion

Expand our existing AWS footprint in the region, driving new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue and focus on business outcomes.

Deal Execution and Coaching

Work closely with the sales team to own deal execution with partners, leveraging partner programs and coaching partners on best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology-related sales experience
  • Experience working with consulting companies and/or technology vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network with GSI, SI, VAR, ISV community in Spain and Portugal

Experience working within cloud solutions

Portuguese, Italian knowledge
