We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Learning Partner to join our team at GTT Communications, Inc. in the UK/Spain/Netherlands (remote).

Sales Enablement Learning Partner Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in needs analysis, instructional design, coaching, and delivering impactful training programs. As a Sales Enablement Learning Partner, you will be responsible for developing and designing training programs tailored to the specific needs of our sales team that align with business growth priorities, focusing on enhancing capabilities and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and design training programs that meet the specific needs of our sales team.
- Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices into your training programs.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support the development of our sales team members.
- Strong presentation/coaching skills.
- Sales experience.
- Experience building and conducting web-based training.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching concepts; certifications preferred.
- Demonstrated record of successful collaboration with sales leaders, product managers, and subject matter experts.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range between £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
