Commercial Sales Enablement Expert Role

You will be part of the EMEA Sales Enablement team, driving sales execution excellence and delivering business impact across regional and local Sales teams. Our goal is to equip all Sales roles with the necessary knowledge and skills to engage buyers and generate revenue.

The Role
  • Develop defined sales abilities for each Sales role in Poland and support the Sales Enablement Team across Europe.
  • Assist a dynamic, multi-channel team of in-seat sales professionals operating in a highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain local and regional Sales Enablement plans.
  2. Regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of local Sales Teams based on defined Sales Strategy and Competencies.
  3. Contribute to designing, planning, content creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Sales Enablement initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  5. Participate in postmortem discussions to improve Sales Enablement services and tools.
  6. Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions to enhance sales performance.
  7. Drive a structured, standardized, and connected sales onboarding process.
  8. Contribute to EMEA Sales Enablement projects as needed.
  9. Stay current on Goodyear's strategy, product roadmap, value proposition, and sales talent development trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, or similar functions in a multinational environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to train adults and deploy learning content, curricula, and programs.
  • Experience in Change Management and Project Management; certifications are a plus.
  • Passion for sales and talent development with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
  • Able to collaborate with others to overcome unexpected challenges.
