Sales Enablement Specialist for Southern Europe

Pleo is a rapidly growing fintech company that aims to revolutionize business expenses. We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team in Southern Europe.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs to improve the productivity of our Southern Europe sales function. Your primary goal will be to ensure our Account Executives have the necessary skills, knowledge, and content to effectively engage with their customers.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Enablement or a similar function, with a clear track record of target achievement. Alternatively, they may have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to prospect, outbound, convert, and nurture leads.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to drive cross-functional alignment and strategy. Your passion for helping others succeed, desire to work in a continuously evolving role, and hands-on approach while executing strategically are essential qualities.
We need someone who can design and deliver effective content via on-demand and in-person training, proficient in software for content creation (e.g., Tella, Canva, Google Slides), and experienced with survey design and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement enablement programs to improve sales productivity
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to drive cross-functional alignment and strategy
- Design and deliver effective content via on-demand and in-person training
- Proficient in software for content creation (e.g., Tella, Canva, Google Slides)

A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Pleo offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Enablement or a similar function
- Alternatively, 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to prospect, outbound, convert, and nurture leads

- Proven ability to design and deliver effective content
- Proficient in software for content creation (e.g., Tella, Canva, Google Slides)
